The Staff Quarters Project at the College of Immaculate Conception (CIC) Enugu reflects a deliberate and forward-thinking commitment to the well-being, dignity, and productivity of the school’s teaching and non-teaching staff. Designed to meet contemporary living standards, the staff quarters offer functional and well-planned housing that promotes comfort, privacy, and security. The residences are equipped with essential utilities, improved sanitation facilities, reliable water access, and conducive living spaces that allow staff to rest, recharge, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. By reducing daily commuting challenges, the project enables staff to be more present, punctual, and engaged in their professional responsibilities.
